Dani Fairman (Dibean)
Co-Chairperson
EHS Class of 1998

Dani was a cheerleader and Viking mascot. She was a dancer under Karen Sprecher.

After beginning her journey in the insurance & hospitality industries, Dani found her true calling in real estate, where she has made a significant impact in the greater Lansing area. Currently residing in Lansing with her family, Dani has a deep-rooted passion for community involvement and giving back. As the co-owner of Oasis Realty in Lansing, she has helped hundreds of families successfully navigate the buying & selling process in residential real estate. Her commitment to her clients & community has made her a trusted professional in the area.

In addition to real estate, Dani frequently travels to Los Angeles with her family to engage in film production activities, embracing both the creative and business sides of the industry.

Tracy Tanner (Barnum)
Student Support Coordinator
EHS Class of 2000

Tracy was on the varsity swim and softball teams. She also was a member of Japanese club and Voyager Wilderness club.

Tracy attended Ferris State University where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She was a member and President of the Delta Zeta Sorority during her time as Ferris State. Tracy is the WIOA Youth Manager at Peckham for Eaton and Clinton County. She is a member and State Trainer for the National Alliance of Mental Illness and a Board Member for the City of Lansing’s Public Service Board.

Tracy lives in Lansing with her husband, two children, and two rescue dogs. They enjoy working out, hanging out around their pool, and traveling.

Amber Pitts (Kennon)
Chairperson
EHS Class of 1997

Amber played basketball, volleyball, softball, and golf. She was an active class officer, helping to plan the senior class prom, student council, and orchestra.

Eric Lipinski
Treasurer
EHS Class of 2000

Eric was in the marching band and was active in the school newspaper and yearbook.

Amber attended Ferris State University where she played on the Women’s Golf Team from 1997-2000. She graduated from the Professional Golf Management program with a bachelor’s in marketing. After working in the golf business for a few years, in Michigan, Arizona, and Colorado she returned to Michigan taking a position with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services at the Bureau of Emergency Preparedness, EMS, and Systems of Care managing a nearly $6 million grant for healthcare preparedness just after September 11, 2001.

Amber lives in Holt with her husband and their 3 children.

Eric has worked for the Michigan Department of Education for most of his career, working on helping students statewide through various roles. He is an alum of both Eastern and Western Michigan University. Eric recently launched a photography business, focusing on real estate, events, and portraits. He is active in the local triathlon community and has completed two 70.3 Ironman races.

Eric lives in Lansing with his wife and two dogs and enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.

LaToya Turner

LaToya was on the Varsity Cheerleading team, in the Marching Band, was the Vikettes Jr/Sr Class President, and was in lots of clubs,

LaToya is a proud Everett alum who’s made a career out of giving back to the community. As the Community Investment Foundation, she leads key grant making initiatives that uplift nonprofits across the tri county area including youth grants, grassroots mini-grants, and large-scale, equity-driven Impact Grants. LaToya also serves as the Youth Advisor for the YAC, mentoring high school students as they learn to make real grant decisions and grow as thoughtful, engaged leaders. She is passionate about youth development , equity, and sustainable community change.

Teddi McAttee
Outreach Coordinator
EHS Class of 1997

Teddi, a third gen Everett Viking, graduated with Thespian Society honors for performing arts and theater competition. She was ardently involved with Voyageur Wilderness Club and Ebersole Environmental Center.

Teddi has been employed at AF Group in Lansing, MI for more than 20 years. She works as a Business Operations Specialist in Enterprise Administrative Services. Teddi also proudly serves on her company’s employee events committee, and co-chairs the joint health and safety committee. She has been a member of Lansing Liederkranz Club, a German social club and Michigan’s oldest ethnic club established in 1868. Teddi served as planning coordinator and social media marketing coordinator for four years. She was also an elected Trustee for two years. Teddi loves to travel - her favorite places include. the UK, Hawaii, Arizona, and anywhere in her home state of Michigan. She has a fondness for t he arts, often attending theater events, local art shops, and musical performances.

Ashley Smith (Shaffier)
Fundraising Coordinator

Ashley was a member of the dance and Japanese clubs.

Ashley is currently the co-owner and Associate Broker for Oasis Realty and has worked in real estate and property management for the past 15 years. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from Franklin University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. Aside from Real Estate, Ashley believes it’s important to give back to the community and currently serves as the President of the Ingham County Animal Shelter Fund, a board trustee of the Capital Area District Library, a board member of Lansing’s Historic District Commission, a member of the Lansing Junior League, and the Women’s Council of Realtors-Lansing,

Ashley currently resides in Lansing with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.

Shawne Haddad
Secretary
EHS Class of 1978

Shawne participated in honor society, school plays, jazz ensemble, choir, and dance marathons.

Shawne retired from Michigan State Housing Development Authority after a very fulfilling career as Community Development Block Grant Senior Program Specialist. She worked to provide low-income housing opportunities for families throughout the state of Michigan.

Shawne enjoys spending time with family, especially her five adorable grandkids. She also likes to travel, teach line dancing, and reading the Bible.
